Stephanie Evicted From Big Brother

I did say earlier in the week that Stephanie should probably because she didn’t much effort into the secret mission, but I was sad to see her evicted on Friday night. She was a pretty girl who was desperate not to be the first evicted. And really there I think she had a lot more potential to be an interesting housemate than Mario or Lisa, with the beginnings of a closeness to Rex. I think Rex’s girlfriend will probably be very pleased that Steph is out.

What did you think? Did you feel sorry for Steph? Do you think the right person went?

  1. I agree that Steph should have gone out of the 4 that were up for eviction. I do think though that it would be a good idea for big brother too just let the public decide who they dont want to watch for the first few weeks. I know quite a few people who have switched off because there are individuals in the house that are blatently unpleasant to watch.

  2. Hi Sarah, thanks for your comment :-) Yeah, it seems like Channel 4 want to put people in that generate controversy and headlines, but they forget that it’s not actually very nice to watch people who come across as deeply unpleasant!

  3. A week is too soon to judge someone to be evicted, okay Steph didn’t make too much effort in the task and she is your typical blonde bimbette, but at least she doesn’t come across as a deeply unpleasant person or a bully like other house mates.

    C4 seem to be really scraping the barrell for contestants these days…..BB8 could’ve been more entertaining for instance if Sam and Amanda were interchanged and to see how long it would’ve taken the rest of them to work out they were 2 different people.

  4. Hi Loobie, very good points :-) I kind of don’t like the idea of putting twins in, or a couple like this year. It seems to detract from it a bit if two people have a ready made best friend and don’t need to work as hard at building relationships.
    But having twins that interchanged as some secret mission would have been fun!
